After years of dedication and refinement, we are proud to introduce the CQN Development Monotrack. We even go so far as to argue that it is the world's most flawless track. What’s the reason behind that?
To begin with, being aluminium extrusions, they are thin and lightweight, making them ideal for portability and transportation. Second, the one characteristic that sets them apart from all the other tracks on the market—the stainless steel sleeves on either side—makes assembly a breeze. The sleeves' exact dimensions—down to the hundredth of a millimetre—were intended to wrap around our joiners and instantly align them. Our joiners are also made from stainless steel, ensuring they remain sturdy under heavy weight, and feature a unique, intentional design that stands out. With three O-rings on each side, one effectively aligns the joiner to the track, the second mutes any sound and the third pushes any dirt particles out of the way, into the aluminum profile. This design minimises the time spent on aligning each track and ensures a clear path, free from any rubble.

How to secure the Monotrack sleepers to the Monotracks
Position the two tracks on an even surface.
Attach the sleeper between the two tracks.
Once the sleeper is mounted, it can easily be moved along the entire track, allowing you to position it out of the way of an obstacle between the tracks.
Every 50 cm, there are tiny holes that the sleepers' indexing plungers can click into. This serves to keep the sleeper in place and is enough for holding all dollies, even in Crab.
For cranes and heavier dollies, or for very fast movements, it is best to screw the Monotrack screw through the track to create a completely fixed track.
